SHORTLISTED BOOK COVER DESIGN
This cover design for Stephen Hawking's 'A Brief History of Time' was shortlisted in the Penguin Books Design Awards 2018.
The brief asked for an interesting use of typography to illustrate the books scientific theme, I chose to approach the design using 3D stretched typography that is being pulled and manipulated by the black hole. The judges found the design to be very visually interesting and invited me to London for the awards ceremony.
JUMP POINT MAGAZINE
While working for Cloud Imperium Games I was tasked with the layout design for the monthly magazine and also creating in-game lore related advertisments that appeared on the last page.
FUTURE YOU - LOGO DEVELOPMENT
A business coach approached me to design their logo for a company they are looking to start within the South Manchester area. The design I looked to create was clean whilst also demonstrating a feeling of growth or improvement.

CONVENTION FLYERS
Star Citizen held a yearly convention to update fans with the games progress and promote what was to come the following year. The game includes many spaceship manufacturers and each had it's own booth at the event. The flyers had design restrictions as each manufacturer had a brand identity in place that all designs within the booths must follow to keep cohesion across the event.
CONVENTION SCHEDULE AND VENUE MAP
The Star Citizen yearly convention was held in different country each year, in 2018 it was held at the Long Theatre in Texas. The event required a map and schedule to be clear and concise as well as adhering to the identity of the convention.
